Which shipping services do you offer? We offer free postage on all items to U.K. sent via Royal Mail First Class Standard service. Royal Mail First Class Signed For service is also available, which includes tracking and a signature on delivery. Please be aware that a signature may be required on delivery. If the recipient is not available, a note will be left and your item will be returned to your local sorting office where it can be collected. International items are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail Standard, and if you require tracking and a signature on delivery, we also offer Airsure and International Signed For services. When will I receive my item? -Estimated delivery time to the U.K via Royal Mail Signed For First Class service is approximately 1-2 working days. -Estimated delivery time via Airmail to Europe is approximately 5-7 working days. -Estimated delivery time via Airmail to Rest of World, is approximately 7-10 working days. -Estimated delivery time for Airsure and International Signed For services is approximately one day earlier than Airmail Standard. My item has not yet arrived? If your item has not arrived, please contact us and we will resolve any queries regarding delivery. Has my order been shipped? As soon as your order has been dispatched, an email notification will be sent, along with any tracking/delivery details. How do I return an item? Upon delivery of your goods, you have 7 days to notify us via email of your cancellation.
