We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

All of the information on this website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Our website prices include delivery to United Kingdom via Royal Mail First Class Standard Service. International shipping services and Signed For/Recorded delivery services are also available at the Checkout, which will be indicated at the time of placing your order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing the transaction. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your payment method has been properly received.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
All prices on our website are inclusive of delivery charges to the United Kingdom via Royal Mail First Class Standard service. Deliveries and collections are not made on bank holidays.
Please be aware that a signature may be required for Signed For postal services.
Next day delivery is actually the next working day delivery and does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. All orders received prior to 1pm will be despatched the same day. Orders received after that time will be despatched the following working day.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated. However, on occasions, the delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control, i.e. in the event of postal strikes etc. which may cause a slight delay in delivery. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. If there are any problems, do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellation of Orders/Distance Selling Regulations
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund less any applicable restocking and delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery via email. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing via email and received within the 7-day period. Items will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%.

Here at Love Moments, we endeavour to provide excellent efficient customer service, with a returns policy which fully complies with the Distance Selling Regulations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via email within 7 days of delivery.
After informing us of your cancellation, via email , please return your item within a further 7 days, in original re-saleable condition, i.e. (with tags , if applicable), via a recorded postage service, which includes insurance for the full cost of your returned item. If the value of the package is under £39, insurance is free of charge if you obtain a proof of postage certificate at the Post Office.
If you wish to return an item, please send your item to Love Moments, 16 Broad Street, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV1 1HP, including the returns note inside your package.
Please note that the consumer will be liable for any return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Upon receiving your item in original condition, your return will be processed promptly within 24 hours, and a full refund will be issued.

You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at the moment. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you.
